Your rights to access your personal information are not absolute.  We may deny access if denial of access is required or authorized by law.  For example we may deny access:

• If granting access would have an unreasonable impact on other people’s privacy;
• If granting access would be an unreasonable invasion of our company’s rights;
• If there is no merit to the request, or it is intended to harass others.

In some cases it may be necessary to deny access to an entire document to protect the privacy rights of someone else. If we deny your request for access, or refuse your request to correct information, we will explain why.
